PDP Women Leader Lois Emmanuel Empowers Women in Jalingo.

 

 Women in Taraba State are being encouraged to pray for Governor Agbu Kefas' success in developing the state. Lois Emmanuel, the People's Democratic Party (PDP) Women Leader, made this call while speaking to women at Annahada Islamic School in Jalingo. She emphasized Governor Kefas' commitment to improving the lives of Tarabans, especially women and children. To empower women, plans are underway to provide training in various skills, promoting self-reliance. Emmanuel also urged the women to remain respectful and supportive of their husbands, particularly during Ramadan. As a token of appreciation for their support, she presented the women with bags of grains. The head of the Islamic School, Sheik Husseini Maiguduma, thanked Emmanuel for her visit, praising her as a woman of integrity. This initiative is part of the governor's efforts to engage with the community and promote development in Taraba State.
