WOWICAN ROAD ACCIDENT DEATH TOLL INCREASES

 Ketura Halilu, a casualty of the recent WOWICAN road accident, has sadly succumbed to her injuries while receiving medical care. 

With her passing, the death toll from the tragic incident rises to four, plunging the community into deeper sorrow.
