Ahead of the Eid al-Kabir celebration, the Hon. Commissioner of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development in Taraba State, Hon. Joseph Joshua, has made available cows, rice, and other consumable items to the Takum Muslim umma.
Right Hon. John Garsheya Joshua, the councillor representing Tikari Ward who pioneered the distribution, ensures that Chanchanji Ward, Kashimbila Ward, and Rogo Ward were captured during the distribution, as Takum Central Mosque and Izala Mosque also received part of the package.
The Hon. Commissioner extends his warm regards to the Muslim umma in Takum, urging them to hold firm to the teachings of the Prophet.
The Eid Al-Kabir celebration is slated for 10th Wednesday, 2024, as directed by the sultan of Sokoto.
