The commissioner of Social Justice and Re-integration felicitates with the Secretary to the Government of the state, the Lion of Mambila Chief GT Kataf Ngwii, on his 63rd birthday anniversary.
Dr Filister in a goodwill message said Kataps is a distinguished personality who stands out in his public and private life, noting that the Midas touch he has brought to governance in Taraba State can not but be noticed by all, including people on the other side of the political divide as she learns from his wealth of political knowledge.
"It is, therefore, my pleasure to join millions of your well-wishers across the globe, your political associates, and indeed your immediate family to wish you more of God's undying grace, favour and compassion to celebrate more years and beyond in good health, comfort, peace of mind and happiness."
She also said the celebrant remained the super administrator behind the Kefas-led administration, and she is proud to be associated with his leadership and administrative sagacity.
"As you journeyed on in the service of our people, it is my prayer that God Almighty will continue to guard, guide, and renew you daily."
The commissioner also commended Chief Kataps for always demonstrating his prowess and interpersonal relationships with everyone who has come in contact with him, adding that he looks younger than his age, which is an exceeding grace of God.
She prayed to Almighty God to shower His benevolence and compassion on the celebrant, "as the enviable heights he attained at 63 are unparalleled,"
