Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACReSAL) project. recently undertake a 4-day training for Community Business Agencies (CBAs) from 15 pilot communities under the Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACReSAL) project.
Dr. Clement Giwa, Project Coordinator of the Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACReSAL), praised Dr. Agbu Kefas for his unwavering support and acknowledged the valuable collaboration. He encouraged participants to apply their new skills and assured them of promising results.
The training focused on sharpening the CBAs’ abilities to create and execute impactful business and investment plans, aimed at boosting local economies and strengthening climate resilience.
ACReSAL, a state-led initiative backed by the Federal Government and the World Bank, promotes sustainable land use across 19 Northern states and the FCT. Mr. Dahiru Umar ESO emphasized the project's mission to tackle environmental challenges through innovative, community-driven solutions.
This successful training marks a major step forward in building resilient, economically vibrant communities across Taraba State.
