Dr. Kenneth Tijo Mingeh, a distinguished participant of the Nigerian Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) and a proud native of Taraba State, is currently on an intercontinental study tour at Doha, Qatar. This prestigious tour is part of the Senior Executive Course 46, 2024, a flagship program of NIPSS.
As part of the Nigerian delegation, Dr. Mingeh is participating in a comprehensive research study that aims to broaden his knowledge and expertise in policy, leadership, and strategic studies. This tour marks the culmination of his rigorous academic journey, which includes three other study tours designed to equip him with cutting-edge skills and global leadership best practices.
Upon completion of the tour, Dr. Mingeh will return to Nigeria to attend the Presidential Parley with Mr. President and Convocation ceremony, where he will be conferred with the prestigious title of Member of the National Institute (mni). This esteemed title is a testament to his academic excellence, professional distinction, and dedication to public service.
Notably, Dr. Mingeh's achievement will be a milestone for Taraba State, as the State's civil service has been without an MNI for several years now. His conferment will undoubtedly inspire and motivate others to strive for excellence in their respective fields.
