Former Aspirant for Jalingo, Yorro and Zing Federal Constituency under the Social Democratic Party PDP, Hon Innocent Umar Jabayang has been applauded for repairing a lone borehole in the Danshavo Community of Lankaviri ward of Yorro local government area.
A renowned Gospel Singer Mr Nzalaa Ishaya Tippi CP wrote on his verified Facebook handle as quoted
"On behalf of my community DANSHAVO GRA area of Lankaviri, we want to appreciate our great leader for hearing our cry n plead..this borehole has been down for more than three years..but to God's glory this morning it has been fixed by our very own hope and liberator Hon Jabayang...God bless you sir and grant your heart desires Ameen."
Jalingo Times reported that the borehole which is the only source of potable water to for the community was damaged and has not
been fixed for many years even after complaints to authorities concerned in the area.
The gesture by the politician, Hon Innocent Umar Jabayang has brought a sigh of relief to the residents who have been battling how to get potable water.
