Governor of Taraba state, Dr. Agbu Kefas has described as deeply painful the death of Alhaji Sulieman Kishimi. Describing Kishimi as an inspirational leader, Gov Kefas said the elderstatesman led an exemplary lifestyle.
He described the loss as very personal to him, noting that Alhaji Kishimi has been a stabilizing factor in the politics of the state whose elderly counsel have been very strategic.
Kishimi, until his death, was a notable frontline politician from Taraba state who played various roles in the party politics of Taraba state and the nation.
Kishimi passed on in Abuja yesterday, Friday after a protracted ill health crisis.
In the same vein, Governor Kefas has condoled with the family of late Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of science and technology, Alhaji Danladi Gaude.
Dr Kefas said Gaude service in the civil force will remain a reference point for hardwork and resilience. He said the state has lost two very important illustrious sons of the soil. He prayed for the repose of their soul and for the state to get the fortitude to bear the loss.
