Peace Corps Deployed Officers To Safeguard Secondary Schools In Jalingo .

Howai Secondary School Jalingo today witnessed the presence of peace corps members who came to ensure peace and unity & Free atmosphere of learning and also ease teachers handling discipline and class activity (Academic)

Altogether 

The deployment of the officers followed a call put across by the Taraba State  commandant peace corps to the principal GDSS HOWAI Mile six JALINGO Mrs Christie S Zaku on the need 

To deploy peace Corp Officer to the school for safety of the students and teachers which was welcome by Management of the school.

Unlike other days,the presence of the security agents carefully positioned at strategic locations through out the school hours was a beautiful sight to behold given the school community the confidence to carry out their activities without fear of intimidation.

The voluntary service by the Peace Corps is no doubt in line with the vision of Governor Agbu Kefas administration in promoting peaceful coexistence in the state hence the appeal of synergy with key security agencies in Nigeria of recent putting into cognizant the

 Free Education policy can only gain  root by  securing it for effective and efficient Learning

 His Excellency Dr Agbu kefas know the intricacies in every school in Taraba State

So he wants the best for the management staff, Teachers, and students 

With gratitude of heart the men of the PEACE CORPS Taraba state saw the need and  had a day practical excercise with the school if being posted to secure and control the students 

 His Excellency Dr Agbu kefas indeed enjoy every child  gets a better and conductive learning atmosphere  for effectiveness  

     The peace Corp commandant call on the Government   to deploy the services of their Officers and employ the policy by sending the peace Corp men to  various populated schools In Jalingo to   help in Achieving  free education policy in Taraba State "With tensions rising in the community, PEACE CORPS forces have been deployed to the Government Day Secondary School Howai  Jalingo, Taraba State. The deployment is intended to create a safe and secure environment for students to learn and thrive. School management hope hopes the peace Corp men will help to maintain orderliness and allow students to focus on their studies  and also fish out the bad aches among the students "
