General Faransa led committee visits Ibbi Local Government, seeks collaborations.

As part of efforts to create awareness amongst the people of the state on executive orders number three and five 2023 by His Excellency Dr. Agbu Kefas, Executive Governor of Taraba State, the chairman special taskforce committee on environmental protection, public safety, suspension of mining activities and deforestation prohibition retired General Jeremiah Aliyu Faransa visit Ibbi Local Government Council Secretariat and the chief of Ibbi HRH. Alh. Abubakar Salihu Danbawuro all in his palace in Ibbi.

The retired General said they were in Ibbi to inform them of the executive order issued by His Excellency Dr. Agbu Kefas, aimed at taming these activities that are detrimental to the growth of the state.

Retired General Faransa said it only takes a proactive and visionary leader like Governor Agbu Kefas who's determined to move Taraba State forward to compete favorably with developed societies.

In their remarks, the chief of Ibbi HRH. Alh. Abubakar Salihu Danbawuro lll and Head of Local Government Administration HOLGA Ibbi LGC Alh. Mohammed Isa Idda who was represented by Director Admin and General Service Abdul Balas Alaro welcomed the special task force committee members led by retired General Jeremiah Aliyu Faransa to Ibbi Local Government Area saying that the visit was timely considering the untapped natural resources in the area.

They averred that Governor Agbu Kefas is a God sent to salvage the people of the state from its present situation to a better one promising to synergize toward enforcing the order to move the state forward.
