On behalf of Agbu Kefa's revolutionary administration, the creation of a fresh new Taraba has kick-started today, and you must count yourselves lucky to be here on time. irrespective of where, who, and how you voted in the last election, it's time to move forward in unity for Taraba State which is above all, total loyalty to His Excellency Dr. Agbu Kefas the commander and in chief of this great movement. Success is intentional, what and who you listen to, and what you know is what frees you or imprisons you in the journey of life. I assure you that after today, you will never remain the same again. MINDSET: Is everything. To succeed you must have a daring MINDSET and stop spending time in places and with persons that won't grow you and add value to your life. If you don't keep learning and adapting to these new trends, you will be left stranded with your certificates. We have to accept the reality in the world now that besides your certificate which confers on you confidence and understanding to some extent, without any specific skills you may face serious struggles to survive.
What you are seeing today is the brainchild of His Excellency Dr. Agbu Kefas who has set out in earnest to create tomorrow's champions, skillful youths, and great entrepreneurs. Dr. Agbu Kefas has always emphasized that it's more important to equip and empower the Youths of Taraba State with the Knowledge of how to own a pound and fish themselves instead of giving them fish always.
One way to end poverty and unemployment among youths is Mental Change which we have set out to do now. If we must make progress, there must be a mental and MINDSET revolution. We need more entrepreneurs to end poverty and unemployment in this state. High-level crime thrives in our communities because of poverty and unemployment. More poverty, more crime!
Another way to change the MINDSET of the youth is to sta celebrating entrepreneurship by showcasing them to inspire. Decrees were initially structured for you to be a worker and be placed in classes and grad levels to earn a salary, skills are the future now. If you want to reign you mu train! Whatever your hands find to do, do it well. Nigeria is the mo dangerous place to be poor, if you are poor here, you are playing with death.
No matter the number of seminars, symposiums, conferences, and summits you attend, if you don't take a decision it's all useless. A blind eye is far better than a blind Mind. The Mind cannot be seen, but the further the Mind goes, the further a person can go in life. If you must get results, you must shift your MINDSET to doing new things. MINDSET is the reason dropouts or 3rd class hire a 1 Class to work for them most often. The level of information you are exposed to determines your growth and success in life.
