LETTER OF SUSPENSION AS A MEMBER OF ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS (APC), NGUROJE WARD.
As you may recall, we the APC Ward EXCO members wrote to you several times, expressing our dismay and grievance as a party over anti-party activities exhibited by you. We asked you to come and defend yourself, but you accused us of appointing people that complained against you to serve as a judge in their case, therefore, you were not going to be given a fair hearing.
It is on that note we felt you have a case, and we agreed to re-constitute another five-man committee to looked into the party's grievances and also give you the opportunity to enable you defend yourself as this has been the norm of our great party. But to our greatest dismay, you intentionally refused to honour or send a written defense In respect of the party's allegations.
It is in the light of the above that you intentionally refused to honour or defend yourself on the allegations label against you by the party, we assumed you have accepted all that you are being accused of. We, the Ward EXCO, therefore, summoned an emergency meeting on the 2 May 2023 where we unanimously resolved with a two-third majority to write and suspend you from our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) with immediate effect, pending whenever the matter brought against you is resolved.
This suspension is in line with Article 21 under "A, Offences in Paragraph Anti-party Activities or any Conduct which is likely to embarrass or have adverse effect on the party or bring the party into hatred, contempt, ridicule, and disrepute as contained in page 77 of APC Constitution.
We wish you best of luck in all your endeavours.
