David SU Jimkuta appreciate Governor Darius for withdrawing Case against him. On the bases the Court struck our the case.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Executive Governor of Taraba State, Arc. Darius Dickson Ishaku for his decision to withdraw the senatorial election petition from the tribunal. This gesture not only demonstrates his commitment to peace, unity, and progress of Taraba South but further solidifies his reputation as a father figure in the state. 

Indeed, the principled stance I took throughout our political campaigns and the elections to not antagonize the government for political gains has paid off. This has proven that politics can be played without bitterness or violence. This is a great lesson for all of us, especially in these times when political tension and violence seem to be the order of the day.

I therefore want to use this opportunity to call for unity and dedication from our supporters, youths, statesmen and all the good people of our senatorial district. It is only by working together and focusing on the common good that we can achieve the development and progress that our people deserve...
