*Follow legal means, DSS tells interested parties*

The Department of State Security has advised those agitating for the release of Ntari Danladi Hassan to follow legal means and not to destroy the peace built in Taraba State.
The service was reacting to an earlier publication of Taraba News, where a group called for the release of the president of the youth association of the Mumuye tribe of Taraba State said to be in detention since 2021.
The service also warned against any planned protest, saying that any attempt to disrupt the already enjoyed peace in Taraba State will not be tolerated.
They also caution media organizations to always cross-check information with the service to avoid misleading the public.
Reacting, the Editor-in-Chief of Taraba News apologized for not cross-checking with the service before going to the press, promising to continue supporting the service, particularly in Taraba State, in its effort to maintain peace and unity in the state.
