The Chairman of the Taraba State Bureau For Peace And Conflict Management, Rev Dr Innocent Rubiruka Solomon has send a goodwill message to the Muslim members and the entire Muslim Ummah in the State, wishing them a successful and peaceful fasting period.
The Chairman’s goodwill message, which is on behalf of the members of the Bureau, is contained in a Press Release made available to Echo Express this Saturday in Jalingo, the State capital.
“The importance of seeking God in prayers and fasting in the holy month of Ramadan as undertaken by our Muslim members and the entire Muslim Ummah worldwide cannot be under estimated.
“As you begin this very holy activity in the holy month of Ramadan, we pray that Allah will bless your great efforts and answer your prayers to give Taraba State the desired progress and development and peace that hinges on great values of tolerance, compassion and fairness for all and to grant our Governor H.E Dr Agbu Kefas wisdom to provide good governance and good health to carry out his divine assignment and vision for the benefit of all Tarabans”.
