Governor Agbu Kefas has reaffirmed his dedication to boosting agriculture in Taraba State by providing fertilizer to dry-season farmers in ATC, Ardokola LGA.

 


During the distribution, Special Adviser on Agriculture, Zanau Hassan Maikasuwa, highlighted the advantages of dry-season farming, noting that it allows farmers to control water supply and optimize yields. He urged the beneficiaries to make good use of the fertilizer to improve their productivity and economic well-being.


The event was not just about distribution but also education. Farmers received training on modern techniques to enhance crop yields, ensuring they get the best results from their efforts. Maikasuwa stressed that Governor Kefas' vision for agriculture includes empowering farmers with both resources and knowledge.


Some of the beneficiaries, speaking at the event, expressed their deep appreciation for the governor’s intervention. They acknowledged that the fertilizer support would ease their farming challenges and significantly enhance food production in the state.
