Peace Group Commends Gov Kefas Over Appointment Of Bishop Solomon As Chairman Of BPCM

The Center for Peace and Good Leadership Awareness has expressed appreciation to the Taraba State Governor, Dr Agbu kefas for appointing Bishop Innocent Solomon of the Crown of Life Bible Church as Chairman, Bureau for Peace and Conflict Management in Taraba State.

The Center’s appreciation message to the Governor is contained in a Press Release signed by the Programme Manager of the Center, Rev Dr Abel Nemuel Lamido.

According to Rev Lamido, this is indeed a right choice in a right direction.

”Bishop Solomon who is well known in peace activism is our Board of Trustees Chairman.

” He is a passionate figure that loves Peace, studied Peace and practiced Peace at the local, national and international levels.

“He has led several peace intervention activities in several areas in the state”.

“We are therefore grateful to H. E, the Governor of Taraba State for considering him worthy of this noble task which we clearly have no doubt will contribute immensely to driving the economic and development of His Excellency in Taraba State and beyond”.

Echo Express reports that Bishop Innocent Solomon has attended several trainings and recorded several achievements in his chosen career.

They include VCA Harvard University

(Divinity School)- Religion, Conflict and Peace – 2020, National Security and Diplomacy -2019, Political Science and Middle East Studies -2015 and the Palestinian/ Israeli Conflict – 2011.

Others are Human Resources Management – June, 2015 at Galilee International Management Institute, Nahalal, Israel, Ecumenism – Tantur Institute For Theological Studies, Jerusalem- 2010, Chairman/CEO I.S Foundation for World Peace formerly Community Peace Mission & Development Centre, Jalingo 1999 to Date and Scholar & Researcher, Middle East Conflict (Palestinian/Israeli Conflict).

He is also the Author: Nigeria Peace Projects Books and Trustee Chairman : Centre For Peace and Good Leadership Awareness, Jalingo.
