TARABA STATE UNIVERSITY ANNOUNCES 2024/2025 ONLINE POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE

The Registrar of Taraba State University, Joseph U. Bibinu, has announced that the online post-UTME screening exercise for the 2024/2025 academic session will commence on September 13, 2024, and end on October 12, 2024.

In a statement released on September 10, 2024, the Registrar informed all UTME and Direct Entry candidates who have applied for admission into the university that they are required to participate in the online screening exercise.

To participate, candidates are expected to log into the university's website at https://apply.tsuniversity.edu.ng/register.php and register for the 2024/2025 post-UTME screening. They will be required to fill in all the necessary information, upload relevant credentials, and submit their application.

Candidates will then be redirected to make payment using their Master, Visa, or Verve card and print their payment receipt and acknowledgement slip.

The eligibility criteria for the screening exercise include UTME candidates who scored not less than 140 in the 2024 UTME and obtained five O'level relevant credits, including Mathematics and English, at not more than two sittings. Direct Entry (DE) candidates must have obtained a minimum of Lower Credit at Diploma, NCE, and IJMB with relevant five O'level credits at not more than two sittings.

The Registrar emphasized that only candidates who participate in the screening exercise will be considered for admission. He also warned that any false declaration can lead to a candidate's disqualification at any stage of the admission process.

For further enquiries, candidates are advised to contact the admissions office at admissions@tsuniversity.edu.ng or call 08160695156.

The Taraba State University management reassures prospective students and the general public that the university is committed to providing a conducive learning environment and ensuring that the admission process is transparent and fair.
