The Honorable Commissioner of Education, Dr Augustina Godwin received the team of the Education Secretaries of the Sixteen Local Governments in Taraba State.
The august visit was to interact with the Honorable Commissioner and intimate of the happenings at the grassroots level. They used the opportunity to thank His Excellency Dr Agbu Kefas, Governor of Taraba State for introducing free education in the public primary and secondary schools in the state. They pledged their unflinching support in ensuring its sustainability.
Responding, Dr Augustina appreciated them for coming and urged them to support the government of Dr Agbu Kefas in transforming the educational system in the state. She harped on the need for optimum job performance while appreciating their patience and perseverance in this time of hardship adding that their welfare will be greatly prioritized.
In the meeting were the Secretary of the ministry, Mr Abel Bako Joachim and the Director Personnel Management, TSUBEB.
