Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Maintain quality control and manage production schedules.

- Supervise and train production staff.

- Coordinate with other departments to optimize production efficiency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field.

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production environment.
