Of recent, the media space of Taraba state is inundated with suppositiousinnuendoes of Barr. El-Sudi a factional leader of the All Progressive Congress APC.
From “PDP government plotting to rig LG Polls” to “ we are ready and prepare to win all seats” Barr. El-Sudi consistently demonstrated the flair of APC and her elements for the ridiculous and satire.
A Party that came a distant third in the last election in Taraba State, and which leadership at the National Level has thoroughly rubbished critical national institutions, INEC inclusive, has lost that rectitude to throw mud at PDP and her government in Taraba State.
The current government of PDP in the state under His Excellency Dr. Agbu Kefas is the seventh in an unbroken circle of succession; for the Barrister who was a former SGS in a PDP government and former member Federal House of Representative on the platform of PDP knows it, and has unfortunately chosen to be funny to say the least.
A noisy democracy is a sign of the human spirit, but we must always be bound by democratic decorum to say and do things that would not debase the essence of our persons.
For avoidance of doubt, His Excellency Dr. Agbu Kefas is a decent governor with unwavering faith in political correctness and cherishes the rule of law, his Party the PDP has been busy mobilizing the electorates for the November 18th Local Government Polls.
If APC is really in the contest we would be happy to meet her again at the polling units.
The posture of a section of the APC in Taraba State is suggestive of busy bodied elements who are deficit in the manifestation of constructive political engagements.
Rather than seek to impugn the hard earned integrity and focused administration of the governor, the APC governments and her people in Taraba State should apologize to Nigerians for the continuous assault on our political psyche and inordinate pillory of our common wealth.
